Ride
Escape to a quieter world as
our gentle horses take you on leisurely paced mountainous
trail rides. Breathe deep and smell the clean air scented
with pine. Watch closely as you ride along and see how
many different wild flowers you can see. With a little
luck you may also catch a glimpse of a wild turkey or
white tail deer. Ranch dogs will entertain you as they
playfully dash about looking for tree squirrels. Friendly
guides accompany all rides to help point out little things
easily missed, share their knowledge of the area and to
help ensure a safe ride. The hour to hour and a half on
th trail will quickly pass, but you are more then welcome
to stay a little longer and enjoy homemade refreshments
and visit on the tack room porch.

Trail Rides
For
those desiring more time in the saddle, we do offer longer
trail rides on a limited basis. Often times these rides
will include checking on our cattle and making sure their
salt feeders are full.

Birthday Parties
Custom
designed packages which can include hayrides, age-appropriate
horseback riding, and meals. Details depend on the outing.
Evening
Dinner Ride
 Enjoy
the cool evening air and tranquil mountain trails for
about an hours trail ride. You will be met by our horsedrawn
chuckwagon and the mouth watering aroma of steaks frying,
coffee perking, warm homemade bread and all the trimmings
to complete a truly western meal. Kick back, enjoy that
last cup of coffee and dessert before you mount up and
ride back to the barn. In September, when the days are
shorter, we start as early as possible and usually come
back to our barn area to enjoy dinner and an alluring
campfire.

way of offering activities for groups of different sizes.
These events can be designed to fit your group's needs
by combining various ranch activities all cloaked in true
Western hospitality.
Family
Barn Night
This
evening is ideal for families withmembers of all ages.
An array of activities are provided for you to choose
to participate in or enjoy them from the sidelines. We
offer horsedrawn hayrides through our meadow, supervised
horseback riding particularly suitable for young children,
hands-on time with our farm animals, and dinner served
from the campfire. Designed to provide families an opportunity
to enjoy a ranch experience as well as quality time together.

Hayrides
Let
our big draft horses and wagon overflowing with soft,
sweet smelling hay be your transportation back into another
time. Your journey will take you for a quiet tour of our
meadow where our spectacular longhorn cattle share their
domain with an assortment of wild animals and birds. Relish
the smells of summer, the crispness of fall, the sparkle
of winter or the lush green of spring on this 30 to 45
minute ride. However, the fun is not over yet! Back at
our barn area, your outing can be concluded with simple
refreshments or a full meal. When the air is crips there
is always an enticing campfire, hot chocolate, hot apple
cider and a supple of marshmellows to roast on fresh will
sticks.
